💳 Refund and Returns Policy – Explosion Distributions

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases and transactions made through Explosion Distributions, a division of Explosion Group, operated in Mexico by Explosion S.A. de C.V. and in the United States by Explosion LLC.

By placing an order through mayoreo.explosionshops.com.mx, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1️⃣ General Policy – Final Sale

All sales through Explosion Distributions are final.
Due to the nature of wholesale operations and allocation-based inventory, no refunds, cancellations, or returns are accepted once an order has been confirmed and paid.

Explosion Distributions operates exclusively under B2B (Business-to-Business) conditions; therefore, consumer protection or retail refund laws do not apply.

2️⃣ Non-Refundable Conditions

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

All wholesale product orders (including sealed TCG, collectibles, accessories, or merchandise)
Preorders, allocations, and special request products
Shipping and logistics costs
Administrative or banking fees (including platform commissions)
The TMDI (Tariff for Management, Distribution, and Intermediation)
Damaged or missing products (see section 3 for replacement credit policy)

3️⃣ Damaged or Missing Items

In the event that an order arrives incomplete or with damaged products, Explosion Distributions will not issue a monetary refund.

Instead, a store credit (saldo a favor) will be granted to the client’s account for future purchases, equivalent to the verified value of the affected products.

To qualify for store credit:

The issue must be reported to mayoreo@explosion.support within 48 hours of delivery.
The client must include clear photo and/or video evidence of the product(s) and packaging.
The report must include the order number and invoice reference.

Once verified, Explosion Distributions will add the corresponding credit to the client’s account for use on a future order.
No exceptions apply.

4️⃣ The TMDI Clause

The TMDI (Tariff for Management, Distribution, and Intermediation) is an administrative fee charged on certain B2B transactions between Explosion LLC and Explosion S.A. de C.V.

The TMDI is not a tax and is never refundable, as it represents the operational and administrative handling of each order.
This clause remains valid even if the client later cancels, modifies, or fails to complete payment.

5️⃣ Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed or prepared for dispatch, it cannot be canceled.
If a cancellation request is made before preparation begins, Explosion Distributions may, at its sole discretion, issue a store credit minus 7% administrative and payment processing fees.

6️⃣ Shipment Responsibility

All shipments are handled by certified carriers (DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, UPS, etc.).
Explosion Distributions is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Clients are encouraged to purchase optional shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Any transit damage must be reported directly to the carrier.

7️⃣ Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Explosion Distributions enforces a zero-tolerance policy for false chargebacks or fraudulent claims.
If a chargeback is initiated without valid cause:

The account will be suspended or permanently banned,
All future purchases will require pre-approval, and
Explosion Group reserves the right to recover administrative and legal costs arising from the dispute.

Confirmed fraudulent activity will be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities in Mexico and the United States.

8️⃣ Store Credit Validity

All store credits (saldo a favor):

Are issued exclusively at the discretion of Explosion Distributions.
Have no cash value and cannot be converted to money.
Must be used within 12 months of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Are applied automatically to the next qualifying order.

9️⃣ Product Authenticity and Variations

Explosion Distributions guarantees 100% authenticity of all products distributed.
Minor variations in packaging, labeling, or supplier markings are not grounds for refund or credit.

🔟 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

All transactions and claims are governed by:

The laws of the United Mexican States for operations under Explosion S.A. de C.V., and
The laws of the State of Wyoming (USA) for transactions under Explosion LLC.

Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua (Mexico) or Sheridan, Wyoming (USA), depending on the entity involved.

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Any compensation for missing or damaged goods will be made only as store credit (saldo a favor).
The TMDI and all related administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
