We do not store full payment card details. Transactions are securely handled through certified payment gateways (e.g., Mercado Pago, Stripe, PayPal).

4️⃣ The TMDI Concept

The TMDI (Tariff for Management, Distribution, and Intermediation) is an operational and administrative fee applied to certain business transactions between Explosion LLC and Explosion S.A. de C.V.

This fee is not a tax, but a legally recognized charge that covers administrative, logistical, and management costs between both entities.
By engaging in transactions through Explosion Distributions, you authorize the processing and internal transfer of your data necessary for the correct application of the TMDI.

5️⃣ Data Transfers and Storage

Explosion Distributions may transfer and store your data in secure systems located in Mexico and the United States, depending on the operational or fiscal nature of the transaction.

We may share data with:

Explosion LLC (USA) – as the trademark holder and logistics coordinator
Explosion S.A. de C.V. (Mexico) – as the national operator and distributor
Authorized logistics, financial, and technology providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Mercado Pago, Stripe)
Tax and regulatory authorities, when required by law

All transfers are performed under legal, technical, and organizational safeguards ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Mexico’s LFPDPPP.

Explosion Distributions employs strong technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:
